What we offer

We are full service catering and event professionals.  We create custom menus for individual occasions, and have the ability to service up to 200 customers efficiently and comfortably.  Our wait staff is a seasoned, attentive and classy group who come fresh and ready to match their attire with the style of your event.  With a large network of venues and party purveyors, our experts will connect you with the best photographer, DJ's, musicians, limousines, spas, salons, vacation rentals, floral arrangements, and all the party supplies and equipment necessary.  Allow us to take the pressure off of you, the party goer, and put your confidence in us to plan, prepare and execute a most outstanding event!

  • Drop-off orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Online Menu prices do not include taxes, gratuity or delivery charges.  

  • Free delivery within the greater Eureka area.

  • For deliveries outside of Eureka, please include a $10. delivery charge.  

  • If your order requires a 30 mile plus drive, there will be a $25. charge for delivery.*    (*charges may vary based on services and event location.)  


DELIVERIES:  To avoid last minute cancellations and non-payment, we require customers to provide payment when placing your order.  
All delivery/drop-off sales are final.
EVENTS:  After a Contract has been agreed upon, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date, to be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to your event. Final payment is due in full on the day of event, prior to its start time. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:  Cancellations require written notice via email. Cancellations made between 8 to 14 days of the scheduled event will be charged 50% and up to 75% of the estimated cost, which could include but not limited to facility rental, equipment rentals, supply purchases and other arrangements that have been made for the event. Cancellations made within (7) days of the scheduled event will be charged in full. Should it become necessary for Client to terminate a Contract, and the event date is greater than fourteen (14) days, Caterer shall be entitled to retain any and all expenditures to date, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.

PAYMENTS:  Our fast and easy payment processor allows us to accept your credit cards anywhere, anytime. You will receive an instant receipt via email.  We accept Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover, PayPal & Venmo.  20% gratuity will be included on all service event contracts.
